This is very unfortunate.

Other than the obvious using of TOR and being extremely careful of what you do online, what other precautions should we begin to take in case it becomes law.
I'm also switching back to using Debian, what security tool kits do you techies use to protect yourself?

However, these days, irregardless of CISPA passing, it's best to sanitize your habits and not just your connection. If you require secure communication, you best be operating off a disposable thumb-drive at the public library.

CISPA is back with a new name: "CISA"

This time, CISA is even worse than CISPA. The bill would give the NSA even more authority to access our data and force companies to fork over private data without a search warrant.
