I don't know if this has been done or thought of before, but what about leaving spice on a slab of selenite to clear and charge it's energy?

Has anyone tried this? Does anyone think this would help? Selenite is great for cleansing and recharging crystals, without needing much cleansing itself (except maybe occasional exposure to a full moon), but I'm wondering if this would transpire if used in relation to spice, in the same way it would a crystal. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts.
