A distillation apparatus would probably be cheaper though at that point, and work better.

I've seen it advertised with various granule sizes, like '20 um,' but then in the detailed description it says 'ultra fine <20um' or '0-20um', which I guess is to be expected. As a coffee nerd I'm intimately familiar with the phenomenon of being able to control the largest granule sizes, but not the smallest ones..

I guess sticking with edibles is definitely a solution, and probably the healthiest approach.
