Im just trying to evap the IPA, is this purplish thing in the edges the THC?

Also im not sure of how much the product is in there since it got really stuck to the foil and i just submerged the foil and let the cbd/zeolite mix to the ipa.

Whats the easiest method to get that off the bowl and put in to e cig? Im quessing its going to be really sticky when dry
