Cultivating and Preparing Harmony

I'm not one to usually feel 'excited' very often, but the current circumstances i find myself in are giving me reason to feel this way. so i figure it's best to let it out to help myself remain grounded.

for one reason or another, i havn't had the opportunity to add any spice to the mix for the last few weeks. The last herbal-aided excursion was the furthest i had been with it, and i'm aware that despite it being a heavily appreciated ,personal breakthrough, it was still just a shimmering glimpse of what lies beyond.

Over the coming weekend , I'm heading to a music festival where I'll also be reacquainting myself with a fair amount of vibrational states from varying psyhe/delic sources.

I figure this will be a good welcoming 'home' ceremony for myself which I'll then be following up with my first attempt at directly vaping some spice.

a week or two after this, if the previous journey was succesfull, I'll most likely be having a Pharmahuasca voyage as well because it seems a lot more practical and appealing for the place I'll 'be' at.

I figure the point of this was just to verbalize what I'm feeling at the moment as i'm looking forward to all of the above quite a lot to the point where it is distracting my mind and thoughts before i'm even there doing it. which is natural i guess, but i think i want to feel a bit more level headed towards it all so i can avoid too much mental distraction and adrenaline from the astonishment that awaits.

Apart from meditation, incense, relaxing music and a good diet, I wanted to know what the rest of you do 'pre-ritual' to ensure your journey will be approached with a clear and constructive mind state?

I'm pretty new to vaping spice, but I've done ayahausca and loads of mushrooms so hopefully my ritual with those things can help you out.

First, I like to take a long shower. I tend to get very self-conscious and see myself dirty spiritually. It also gives me time to defrag, and mentally prepare for the journey. Bathing during a psychedelic journey really helps me shed accumulated negativity and leave my worldly problems behind. I don't think that this would be a good idea during a spice trip, but I recommend it for ayahausca though.

Then, I relax for a while wherever I plan on tripping. This helps me get comfortable with my environment and ensures that I wont run into unexpected problems during the experience. Ant colonies and beehives aren't something you notice right away lol. During this time, I listen to good vibe music (typically George Harrison) and burn some sage; blowing it all around the environment. I mentally try to uplift the energy around me and I cleanse myself with the sage smoke.

Sometimes I do yoga. I've noticed it helps calm me down, but I typically forget beforehand. I always pray/state my intentions. That strengthens my will power and gives me the nerve to do a large dose.

One of the quirky things I do before hand is walk counter-clockwise seven times around the tripping space. Counter-clockwise because that's the way the universe is is expanding. And 7 revolutions because I live in the third dimension, and seven dimensions separate me from the 10th dimension. I usually feel altered and higher intellectually after I do this, but it could simply be placebo. I got this idea from the Muslims. They walk around the Kabba in Mecca 7 times, to uplift themselves so they can appreciate and see Gods glory, or something along those lines.

I also like to drink some sage tea beforehand. It sharpens my mind, which helps me understand the psychedelic world. I'm pretty sure sage's nootropic properties aren't placebo. After all, really wise people were called sages back in the day. I'm pretty sure these two things correlate.

It's taken me a while to find out what is right for me. This ritual truly is a ritual, and throughout the whole process I'm paying my respects to myself, the psychedelic world, God, and nature. I think respect is paramount when dealing with psychedelics. It really sucks when nature, or the beings in hyperspace don't respect you. So, good luck and safe travels! :d I hope this helps you on your journeys!

Here's a useful diagram on DMT usage I nicked from one of endlessness's posts. https://www.dmt-nexus.me/users/house/DMTDiagram.png House did a good job on this one

I hope things go well. Depending on how strong the pharma hits, doing it at a concert (especially for the first time) could be questionable. I took pharma and went to a concert once, and it happened to be a good experience, but it was also a bit on the weak end, but if it were my most powerful pharma journey, I'm not so sure being at that concert would have been a good idea. You'll potentially have to find a way to deal with the nausea and purge, so that's something to keep in mind as well. I'm reading your post, and perhaps I misunderstood and you don't intend to take the pharma at a concert, but I will leave the above anyway just in case. Be careful either way. On a positive note however, a lot of my best experiences have been thanks to pharma, so I wish you the best of luck. If you don't mind my asking, what festival will you be attending?

thanks for the respones...

i wasn't planning to take it at a concert /festival but thanks either way.

i went to glade festival and it was amazing.

was an eventful weekend to say the least. me and a few freinds had a unique opprtunity to not only see 2 UFO's in 2 nights, but we also managed to remain clear enough to attempt telepathic communication with the second one we encountered with my friend who was also seeing it.

We didnt know what to 'say' to it so we were just projecting the universal notion of 'love' to it and things like 'come closer' and to our surprise and pleasure, it was actually responding to our messages in it's movements.

after a while , our 'conversation' went a bit dry as it's quite hard knowing what would be a constructive inter-terrestrial thing to say to them.

a weekend of genuine healing for everyone and a lot of ineffable universal 'data' which channeled through me is now slowly being processed ,translated and integrated into myself, and other 'my-selves' such as you.

:)
