Cybs salt tek, Best way to increase soup volume?

Hi Folks,
I’m running a 50g MHRB extraction following Cyb’s hybrid A/B salt tek. I’m using a conical flask as the vessel and have reached the pulling stage with 700ml base liquid as prescribed.

It would make pulling easier in my 1l flask if I could bump up the volume to over 900ml and have the NPS sitting in the narrow bit of the neck.

What is the best way to do this? Just add water? Or do I need to add NaOH solution to keep the ph high? … or is it just a bad idea?

This is fairly common practice on the last pull and an extra 200ml-300ml shouldn't throw out the PH that much at all. If you have PH strip's and are worried just recheck the PH but that shouldnt be necessary. Don't stress you won't ruin your extraction or anything.
