Czech govt defines rules of hallucinogenic plants growing

Prague - The Czech government today approved the list of hallucinogenic plants and mushrooms, including hemp, coca, mescaline cactus and magic mushrooms, and decided that people would be allowed to grow up to five pieces of such plants and keep 40 magic mushrooms at home, a CTK source said.

Well done the czech government! If I was rich enough Id move to portugal for their drug laws, hopefully this will eventually spread acorss europe!

Such is the state of the new Czech antipsychedelic drug legislature:

These are the drugs, plants and mushrooms banned:

Cannabis sp.
DMT
5-methoxy-DMT
mescaline
Erythroxylum coca
psilocybine
psilocine

Good bye, freedom.

Yeah and I'm actually from Czech republic but because of bad economic situation i emigrate to U. K. This country apparently turned down to shite after mushrooms ban. So many young people smoking spiked weed and sniffing coke with cathiones. They all getting nuts and I don't feel safe in here anymore. So fuck U. K. I'm coming home, I'm coming home and I'm coming home, coming home aw aw coming home, coming home and I'm coming home , home... la la la la la :)

I´m also from the Czech-I-like-to-ban-psychedelic-drugs-republic. Nice to meet You.

It is actually not that good for Czech people.
We still can be financially penalized for growing less than 5 plants/40 shrooms, though we won't go to jail. These numbers (5/40) only replace former strange definition that we could posses/grow "an amount lesser than small", this numerical definition is imho also very strange because it ignores the size of the plant/shrooms. Also shrooms were only illegal to sell/give, but legal to possess and grow unlimited amounts. Mescaline cacti and DMT-plants and 5-MeO-plants were illegal only if the alkaloids were extracted from them - otherwise, they were fully legal. Furthermore this law applies to some non-hallucinogenic cacti species, which is really stupid. So this is hardly a step forwards :/ :(
