Death...of a mind; a body; a spirit...
But the death of One's Ego is a feat not easily gained. At a time ego was set aside, as it was, that sarcasm was readily available. Do not mistake this as a plea or whine, maybe consider it a "vent".
I was fortunate enough to meet Dimitri for the first time in a hyperspace via breakthrough, and in many ways it changed me. I would love to say it was for the better, and it may very well have been. But I broke the bond we had and feel a need to find it again. I was embodied (symbiotic) with hyperspace, and slowly allowed it to happen in a spiritually detrimental way. Watching it from a hazy and distant plane that I am still...slaving to recover from.
Being in the dark makes one appreciate the light, I'm sure we can agree on that.
And I find it impossible to let the dark win this battle, if it did then what's the point? And I'm far too stubborn to accept that.
