When I delete a post and I look at the thread it still shows a post which now says "Message was deleted by User." Am I the only one who sees that or does everyone who looks at the thread see that too? I don't ever recall seeing a post by another person that said that.

It's just you and the mods who can see that. Other users won't see that message with your deleted post.

When I first saw this message ( "Message was deleted by User" ), I felt compelled to undelete my message because I didn't want to "punch a hole" into the topic that way... I didn't know that others can't see it. This way I was led to consider the importance of thinking before acting, of taking responsibility for my posts. Which is a good thing.
