Your beauty rises every day
it unfolds further in every moment
taking me away

Today I was in the city
coughing, smog
blinded, by noise
made hard, as concrete

I try to look away, but see only art with oversaturated colors
I try to listen to music, to save my ears
I try to take a breath, but instantly close the window

You are woven into
the fabric of my senses
always with me

I came back to the magical forest
To the oceans melodies
I came back to your majestic open skies
and perfumes of the tropical evening wind
I came back to your colors,
and your silence
where my senses can unravel

It is alarming
seeing you hurt
It is tragic
seeing you desecrated
It's scary
to loose you, my home

You have spirited me away
You spoke into me a grace
