direct e-mesh glowing on TC-mode. Temp to high and mode not working?

Hello,
I own a Aegis Solo 1. I have read different opinions, is it ok if the SS mesh glows in a dark room or not? I have read that this is a sign that the temperature is way too high and the TC-Mode is not working. In any case, does anyone have an opinion on this?

btw. Why was the direct E-mesh thread not imported into the new forum?
 
No it should not glow. it’s best to just see, without the top on, when you put some dmt on at what setting you start to see it vaporize, then go up a little bit from that point on so you compensate for the cooling of you pulling cold air through the the mesh.

Good luck, just play a bit with it and you’ll get a hang on it

If the wattage is going above 6-7 while no inhale, TC mode is not working.
I recommend put your modbox on 16.5W and just experiment from there. The worst thing that happens with emesh is when the TC tweaks out and causes you to inhale burned DMT.
