Wow, it did not take long for the Phone of Numinous Death to start ringing for me again. It has been two years or so since this priestess went to church.

For a number of interesting reasons it has been coming up a lot. Including a new friend in her mid 40's who now has the bug, thanks to of all people my brother.

I have been feeling very burned out and used up lately and have come to realize just how much I have lost sight of the other realms. Heck, we've been using the GVG exclusively for that brain rotting weed we love so much.

All my crystal now looks utterly funky and oxidised and clever me, I hever labelled my different changas back in the day, so to speak. :thumb_dow

I thought maybe I was done with DMT, . . . but perhaps DMT is not yet done with me. . .

That last statement of yours is something that goes through my mind every now and then.;)

Mind you my longest break was little shy under a year but in my case mushrooms. I do find this longer breaks a must when they happen.
Falling back to sleep and getting shaken up afterwards when spirit realms almost seam like fading distant dream is such a crazy and humorous experience over and over again.
Paradoxically reminding me how serious all this stuff is and how a have been taking my life way to serious.😁

Welcome back to church my dear child:d

Once a psyhonaut always a psyhonaut...

ps. We need more girl/woman power around here:thumb_up:

I think it's the other way around for me. Every once in a while I visit the church, but I no longer see the light. Hopefully everything comes back around eventually.

You guys made me 😁 .

You know, everyone here is supposed to be an adult, i.e. the age of consent according to the majority cultures here.

You want more women here, then treat them with the respect you expect as a man and that the Attitude claims to support.

Currently, I'm a tad reticent to introduce the woman in her 40's who I will be working with (probably freebase, changa and aya) to this site.

Anyway, you folks have heard this before. Just remember how you feel when you are addressed respectfully as an adult and otherwise. . . . right?

Okay, moving on to MUCH more pleasant things. . . . .

I realized I cannot just JUMP right back into extracting or consuming. First I need to inventory supplies and clean equipment.

Wow, , a lot of it wound up getting used for various cannabis extraction projects in the past, so the stellar combination of ipa and epsom salts is my helper today. Someone in chat mentioned this to me and I would love to thank him again for this little gem - you can clean weed buildup off of glass with alcohol and non-reactive epsom salts. The cool thing is I swirl a bit around in a jar, shake it up, wipe a bit on the outside, then can transfer to the next jar or tray. The liquid gets darker and darker and the jars get cleaner and cleaner  .

I also realize my bro has a lot of my safety equipment and I don't want to take it away from him, so we will have to scrape up some cash (Perfect! Extra work hours coming up next week!) to buy some more chemical rated gloves, full eye coverage goggles and a dual cartridge respirator.

I was also appalled to find I had actually kept a couple jars of solvent. This is not too bright and certainly does not fit under the rubric of "discretion," right? Right. Okay, I am going to have to evap that in very small portions in very late or early a.m. hours over a period of days to a week.

I was pleased to confirm I still have a kilo of root bark and just under a gallon of nahptha. Ahh, the good ole' days when those were easy to procure, eh? Now we don't even talk about one and for the other, I would literally have to go out of state. :thumb_dow

I have sure been thinking about DMT a LOT more recently. I have got to say that this project has been a bit of a low mood breaker, something of an energizer for me. I'm more active and productive these days. And, just sayin, as sometimes it is important to us ladies, my weight is down 13 pounds from the peak when I was consuming the poison aka Cymbalta. Things fit better and feel better, . . . food tastes better, sexual activities work better, etc.

Heh heh, maybe I'll change this thread title to My DMT Diary.

Nice to hear you are feeling happy n' healthy, Pandora. Nothing like a good DMT project to lift the mood ;) I find the whole process extremely therapeutic in so many ways.

Are you planning to take your friend through the process as well? or is she already familiar?

Looking forward to reading how it all goes. Good luck!

Wow that is a GREAT question! Thank you so much for asking.

To be honest, I had not imagined taking her through a chemical extraction process. My brother vetted her to me as a woman in her 40's dealing with heavy trauma, who is a decades experienced psychonaut, including high dose shrooms (loves P. Cyans) and very interested in DMT. He vetted me to her as a college graduate who has done kitchen extractions many times and is very very careful about what I allow into my own body (and that I would partake of the extraction first).

BUT, having said all that, I totally can envision this woman making ayahuasca on her stovetop or even over an open fire pit in her back yard. That is EXACTLY the type of person she is. For all that I identify as kind of a high tech, downtown, urban psychonaut, she is more of an Earth Mother, country, garden and raise chickens kind of psychonaut. The concept of cooking medicine plants on the stove all day mindfully then reducing to gnarly but drinkable tea would be VERY appealing to her.

What do you guys think? Is it important for an adult to directly partake of the extraction, growth, preparation as much as possible? Generally, I would say YES! Yet, in this particular instance I find myself saying absolutely not necessary for the crystal or changa process but 100% essential to the ayahuasca process.

Now that you have explained a bit about her character, I agree with you regarding the extraction walk-through. I find when certain people see some of the chemicals used during an extraction (i.e. Drain Cleaner), they can get completely turned off by it. Showing her the ropes of an Aya cook sounds more productive for sure.
