DMT related Books? (already read Spirit Molecule)

I've already read The Spirit Molecule, i wonder what other books would you recommend that touch on the subject of DMT?

Chronic,

"Inner Paths to Outer Space" is a good read about the way we are affected neurologically and spiritually by psychedelics, DMT, mushrooms, and Ayahuasca specifically.
"Supernatural" by Graham Hancock is an interesting read that also touches quite a bit on DMT and Ayahuasca, this book speculates on many esoteric beliefs i.e. faeries, aliens, changelings etc. It ties these experiences in with altered states of conciousness, pretty far out but an interesting read.
"One River" by Wade Davis is a biography of Botanist Richard Evans Schultes adventures in the amazon. Schultes samples an assortmant of botanical snuffs and brews and basically comes across as a psychedlic Indiana Jones exploring the nether regions of the jungle in search of rare and medicinal plants. I highly recommend this book!

The Doors of Perception by Aldous Huxley is very interesting and relatively short. It's mainly about his experience with mescaline.

I would also second Inner Paths to Outer Space, and I personally found it slightly more interesting than DMT: The Spirit Molecule.

"Supernatural" as Once suggested is very good, I'm reading this one at the moment
"Tryptamine Palace" by James Oroc is excellent, it is primarily about 5-meo-DMT but he does go into DMT a little bit
"Breaking Open the Head" by Daniel Pinchbeck talks about a good variety of psychedelics
"The Cosmic Serpent" by Jeremy Narby is essential reading, while it isn't necessarily about DMT it is one of the most fascinating books in a long time

I'm reading Psychedelic Information Theory at the moment and it seems a little dry but worth reading for the scientific look at psychedelics.

I have to second "The Cosmic Serpent". I read that one in a day, I couldn't put it down. Really cool ideas. Of course if you haven't read any McKenna, all his books are awesome, personally I like "Archaic Revival", cheers to you T-Mac!.

Thanks all, i think i may look into 'inner paths to outer space' as im interested in mushrooms aswell.

The cosmic serpent was kinda interesting but didn't make a huge impression on me to be honest.

If you into more chemistry/history/facts check out pharmacoetheon by John Ott. I'm not into the esoteric books on dmt personally.

Huxley is good source of information. To be honest some of it is a little drawn out and over exposed so the reading get somewhat monotonous from time to time but he is one of the great classical writes. To be honest reading these forums is better than reading any book I have found. Follow a few posters who seem to have something to say that resonates with you. The nexus itself is just a giant book much can be learned from its digital pages.
