DMT salt stability with hcl, phoshoric acid or acetic?

Does anyone know which of these dmt salts(hcl, phoshoric, acetic) would be the most stable in an aqueous solution?

I know when using phoshoric acid it is very stable. Had mimosa brew in the fridge for over 3 months now without any loss of potency. Problem is that it is easier to get hcl and especially acetic(vinegar) where I live.

What about sour salt (citric acid)? That's very stable and easy to get in food grade form.

Have heard people use that, but citric acid does not evaporate when you reduce it, does it?

It doesn't evaporate, just like phosphoric acid. HCl and acetic acid are the ones that can be evaporated off.

But that should be no problem, citric acid just tastes sour, no toxic at all.

True, but heard that it can contribute to nausea. I do like phosphoric acid, don't taste it in my brews. Unfortunately I am out of it. Any idea if it would be ok to use phosphoric acid that is used in swimming pools? No idea were to get food grade phosphoric acid where I live. The place I got it last time has discontinued it.

Citric acid doens't cause nausea. It's what gives lemon it's flavor.

I wouldn't use something that wasn't food grade.
