DMT salt stability with hcl, phoshoric acid or acetic?

Does anyone know which of these dmt salts(hcl, phoshoric, acetic) would be the most stable in an aqueous solution?

I know when using phoshoric acid it is very stable. Had mimosa brew in the fridge for over 3 months now without any loss of potency. Problem is that it is easier to get hcl and especially acetic(vinegar) where I live.
 
But that should be no problem, citric acid just tastes sour, no toxic at all.
True, but heard that it can contribute to nausea. I do like phosphoric acid, don't taste it in my brews. Unfortunately I am out of it. Any idea if it would be ok to use phosphoric acid that is used in swimming pools? No idea were to get food grade phosphoric acid where I live. The place I got it last time has discontinued it.
