Do you lose yeild if you leave the "juice" w/out finishing it?

Ok here i go w/yet another question, I'm full of them. Anyways if I get real busy like I always am & i leave my acasia confusa as juice w/out doing a pull on it (like months not days) will it affect the yield i would get compared to if I did my pulls w/out waiting so long?
