what about the leftover pieces? they must go somew
I think it will be best if I stick to the clean cut facts about my journeys rather than speculate on what I might have been thinking at the time, having said that I will try to provide you with as much detail as possible in all my entries not just for the reader but the catalogue them for myself also.

So this is the beginning, my first experience with DMT. Forgive me but I must give you some background before I begin. I have been a long time dabbler with psychedelic always loving the journey but never really reaching where I wanted to be, I always knew there was another level or something more out there than my previous experiences. I had tried some of the best LSD available, eaten different strains of mushroom available to me in my location even gave MDMA and other like substances a try, after all of this I thought I may be on the cusp of knowledge for what is out there but now I know how wrong I truly was. It was only after a chance occurrence I found the DMT-nexus, after a few months of trawling for information I found that Changa (please correct me if I’m wrong in using that terminology for it?) would be for me. I initially thought that crystallized DMT was the pathway I had been searching for all these years but after further research I found that Changa mixed with Passion Flower would be most suitable, and by no means am I saying that I’m closed minded to everything else only that this suits my comfort level and confidence with method of delivery.

So to begin with I had to do some extensive research and trawled the Nexus for best advise for first time journeys with DMT following this I took away what I thought was best for me, taking many considerations on board I prepared myself for the first jump.

My dose was 100mg of 50% Changa
Location was in my lounge room at home
I thought for the first time I would prefer to be alone rather than with a buddy as I’ve always preferred clarity of own thought as apposed to mixing emotions with others while in that mind state.
I had also read that ambient soft music would be good so I played some Celtic/fairy music in the background.

So I packed my water pipe and began to slowly roast the mix, what I didn’t expect was how quickly it would begin to effect me, as I finished the pull and removed the stem I remember only just having enough coordination to place the bong down while holding my breath and make a few steps to the couch. When I fell back I held it in for as long as I could, it felt like I would never breathe again as I had almost forgotten how to. When I exhaled I opened my eyes to see if anything actually came out but all I recall was a total visual kaleidoscope like effect these colours were mostly green in shades. I tried to focus on the far arm of the couch but it seemed to move and dance with the patterns so I closed my eyes once again and began to relax, when I felt my muscles letting go I felt an immense shaking in my lungs like when you finally get a decent breath after not quite being able to fill your lungs properly but far more intense. This was something I didn’t really expect the sheer euphoric feeling of well-being and good a total homeostasis of the body, while this feeling was literally pulsing through my body I stretched out and grabbed the first thing in my reach which was a pillow when I first touched it I believed it to be and anchor in a good sense as it was keeping me grounded and safe. After a very short period of this I opened my eyes again and was amazed that everything looked as if was rendered in HD video game graphics but I knew it was graphics all the same. When I stood up I felt as if the room was moving around me, I went towards the balcony but after a few steps I realized there was a barrier where the door might be even though it was open, an actual force field was blocking my way to the balcony and gave pressure back when touched but it wasn’t a bad thing as I followed where it ran it was blocking off the TV, I pad, laptop and phone this helped me realized that I didn’t want to be anywhere near these forms of interaction with the outside world and I actually thanked the force guiding my steps away from these potentially dangerous things. So I made my way to the kitchen and when I was just outside the doorway I noticed the barrier again except this time I related it to something I had read on nexus about “breaking through” and at the time I thought if I step through I would be breaking through the barrier although when I stepped forward with purpose and in my mind accepted that I was going somewhere nothing happened but the force field melting away. While I stood there in amazement my ears tuned into the music as if it was getting dramatically louder, I had this vision that something had programed this here for me as if I was in a comfortable habitat and they were trying to help me relax and feel at ease. In fact I knew that this was being played for my benefit so once again I closed my eyes and felt that long anticipated full breath of air, when I exhaled and opened my eyes everything was back in normal view to some degree, my vision was much more crisp and clean I felt as if I had no need for the glasses I normally wear. I made my way out to the balcony uninterrupted but the barrier that was once there, when I sat down the last hallucinogenic effect I remember was the leaves on the tress as they were almost pixelated in a geometric way, that and the total feeling of peace.

As I sat there reality began to creep up on me as the effects wore off. I was left sitting there amazed at how little time had actually passed in compassion to what it felt like. Although it doesn’t sound like much throughout my journey I had profound feelings of being guided by a friendly hand as if they were looking out for me.

I have been on two other DMT journeys thus far and will document my latest in the near future but I am still unable to accomplish the “breakthrough” as I have researched but I am more than open to advice and guidance from people that have traveled that far.

Thank you,

Kit
