While experiencing the spice several times I have come to some conclusions that differ from pretty much everyone I know and would like to receive some input on how others here feel.

While coming back from a journey I felt like this necklace I had wrapped (an ammonite fossil with the cavities filled with gems naturally) was trapping the spirit of the fossil. If this is the case would this be due to maybe the way I wrapped it? Or could it just be that enclosing stones with wire in general inhibits their natural flow of energy?

Thanks for taking the time to think about this with me :)

As I would see it the fossil in the archetypical mind holds all that is left of a 'life' a remnant of a existing entity and as such a reminder that such a entity once 'lived'. Death it torments the mind of the living as it is something all living things must face and in a way fascinates the mind both conscious and primordial. It is why the human skull plays such a predominant role in human symbolism.
