Does everything in our lives happen for a reason?

Ok using one massive dose of IV dmt had led me to these realizations

1) we are all one
2) there is an intelligence doing all of life
3) we are not seperate but are unique physical manifestations of this divine intelligence
4) we are that



So here's my question . In life I'm at a bit of a crossroads trying to integrate my god experience and dmt breakthrough for the last 2 years .

The thing I'm confused about is since we are essentially "it" . Are we soley responsible for Everything that occurs and happens to us in our lives ? Are we truely the own masters to our fate or destiny?

Or is this great intelligence always guiding us and has set up a life plan or destiny for us to fulfill ?


So basically am I the sole creator of my life here and completely responsible for Everything or has this divine intelligence set up some sort of plan or journey to go through ?

Does anyone understand what I mean ?


I'm starting to think since I am connected to all of life and really a small piece of the universe I here in this form am responsible for my life and what I create in it ; along these lines the universe will just deliver what I put into my thoughts/beliefs/action and conscious intent ...

Or things really aren't in my control and I am just here to enjoy the ride ? Ultimately this divine intelligence has a greater plan or journey already set up for my life with an amazing number of coincidences and synchronous events ....


I would love to hear those who have accessed the godhead via breakthrough and have integrated it into their everyday lives and spirituality ..

I would say that the real answer to your question is not possible to know while in human form. However, my experiences have lead me to believe that it's a bit of both, sometimes more, sometimes less.

Well the way I see it is this... The goal of life is to be re-united with the source. Everything is moving towards knowledgeable union with the All, the absoulte, the oneness. For humans, there are many obstacles. It appears to me to be one of the most important manifestations of the soul. There is much that can be learned, and therefore the potential to remove obstacles is great. Generally the challenges given to humans are only so much as they can handle, thus progress is based upon that humans ability to adapt and clear the blockages that remain.


There are many that would argue (myself included) that we are not gaining anything, but we are only shedding/losing and removing that which is between us and ''God''. As far as guides, there is a part of the soul, that knows all, because each of us has a spark of the divine flame at our core.

Does anyone understand what I mean ?

We must all take responsibility for our lives. There is no other way to live fulfilling, loving, intelligent lives. Now while we might not be directly responsible for all our actions, I believe that we are at least indirectly responsible for all our actions and re-actions. There are too many ''levels'' of consciousness to know how each one directly, or indirectly affects the other. A lot of it has to be left to faith......

I would say that you are here to experience the ride, love, learn, adapt, evolve...and hopefully enjoy parts of it, or all of it. But every soul must go through a major cleansing period in this life, or the last, or the next, and that major cleaning is very very difficult, and very painful, and involves thoughts of death, major depression, etc. It's generally referred to as the Dark Night of the Soul. The quicker it is, the more painful it is.It took me 1 1/2 years to get through mine. Was horrible, but I understand why it happened.

Most of my knowledge and understandings have come while being completely sober. While I do receive insights on Dmt trips, a breakthrough dmt/changa trip is often too scrambled for me pick up much. However it opens certain doors for the information to come through and be processed by me later. I do believe this is changing. I have recently changed my diet to 100% raw vegan and my dreams are now becoming like some of my dmt trips, but with increased clarity.

Sometimes there is deep reason and meaning, and we have the opportunity to take control and responsiblity.

Sometimes we step up when there is nothing, and take a heroic stab at grabbing some extra responsibility, . . . then after some time passes and we reflect we see oh so clearly that given the way things turned out, that that meaningless and random stuff in the past did happen in a perfect way at the perfect time, and so for you they now have reason/meaning.

Sometimes excrement happens and though as humans we try to find and reach for meaning . . . . it just is what it is.

Really for me I think that is becoming the heart of the matter. It is important not to fear and to be willing to step up and take on challenges and responsibility when they present themselves. When I don't and time passes and I reflect, then there are sometimes regrets. But, really, regardless, now that we are here, it is what it is.

Forgive but never forget yet understand it is what it is. And for me this reduces to regardless of any higher answers, I understand eventually one way or another we will all find out and join the all one same state. Participate but accept. Embrace hard but be willing to let go. Regardless of how wonderful or crazy, the past got us to this point and this point is what it is, . . . so sure everything in our lives happens for a reason.

I believe we have direct and indirect control of our reality. Direct control are the choices you make, indirect control is what your subconscious attracts to you. I've noticed as soon as my consciousness changes its view on something, my reality shifts.

If we are indeed part of this Universal Divine Consciousness or God mind, then in a sense, we are in complete control of reality as a whole. By control, I mean that everything that happens is for a reason based on the nature or condition of our own individual consciousness.

I agree, but would add. The two opposing forces are the masculine and feminine. The feminine could be described as ''Go with the flow'', and the masculine as the ''taking initiative''. Each person contains both these energies, and we need to learn to know when to use each one

IMU it comes down to fate and destiny. My experience has been that the All has a plan and purpose for each and every one of us, in an entirely intimate, intricate, nuanced way.

Likewise you have a choice if you wish to go forward or turn back, to progress or regress.

Now a few years ago I went through a kundalini awakening. That revealed to me that the creator is in direct communion with ourselves unceasingly. My body went through a process I did not directly choose to initiate but which happened by the action of the hand of fate. When the process finished, a white hot light etched lines into my hands to mark the completion of the project.

Since then, I constantly feel and know the overmind. If you care to listen, God is always speaking. More so, the kundalini force is active every day running operations on parts of my body. Major activity occurs in my hands - they tingle with energy and get filled with Qi, and then little chakra points will heat up to a cool but searing heat, and it is constantly etching little lines every few weeks in response to the way I live my life.

I have had visionary dreams in a place made of pure white love-light; in one of them I greeted two infants who I knew to be of my family and welcomed them to life. They were born a few months later and I had no knowledge of the pregnancies and certainly and thankfully not the conception lol. The little runts are running around and blabbering all day long now. Time will tell regarding the true depth of this dream in particular: I can't wait to find out who these two beings are in the end.

This dream was entirely unlike any other dream I have ever had. Like most of you guys here, I have had my fair share of psychedelic, entheogenic, visionary, hallucinatory experiences and all sorts. I know the difference between random visuals and visions, the latter which seem to arise from a source beyond oneself, a deep ancient intelligence. This dream was yet beyond visuals, and beyond visions. It was a direct communication from the overmind and it had a fully official feeling to it. Entirely purposeful, pre-scripted. As official as birth, I remember the very time I came into existence and I could feel the divine's presence choosing to create me at that time.


And this is not the only time that the overmind has talked directly to me. Another time it sat me down and showed me a series of animations regarding my life. It showed me filmreels of the various paths I could take in the future and it told me I could choose what reel I wanted to generate, so as to point out the divine immense grace which is the gift of life and the gift of free choice. But again, this is a second data point amongst many whereof that which we call God has talked directly to myself. No drugs involved whatsoever, none ingested during those times due to other circumstances. Just kundalini doing its thang.


So essentially from these kinds of experiences I understand that God has a plan and a motive for each of us. That is beyond our own control entirely. It is on the level of pure aesthetics: you cannot choose who you are because you are born preformed. But you can choose who you are within those parameters.

At the same time, I have realised that one cannot ask God for things as if God is a vending machine ready to dispense things if you ask hard enough for them. Rather one must out of one's own will exert the necessary effort and create the necessary conditions in one's life to manifest that which is desired. God does not give things to people who could not handle them but presents them to those who choose to become the type of person who can comfortably handle such things.
