How do I ratio out the dosage? Suggested dosage's for "breaking through"? This is my third attempt at home brewing aya I have 10 g caapi ultrasonic extract paste and 30 gram of plain Psychotria leaf. My last brew I used around 4 g of paste taken 40 min before consuming the 20 gram Psychotria brew. I didnt break through but it was still a integral experience in listening to the plants and acclimating to the shift of consciousness. Thank you for the help. Much love.
