How much spice will someone use for a first time try? Is it a tip of a knife? Or a small measuring spoon? I read that 200mg is a good dossage, but how much is this? I have a scale that weights 0,01g, but it is a cheap one, and isn´t that precise with small weights.. So i don´t want to rely on it!

Would be nice if someone could give me a comparission in size to a "normale" dossage.
