I tried 5meo with the e-mesh device and it worked perfect.

One toke inhalation. Perfectly and fully vaped.

Update:

Don't use the same settings as regular NN-DMT for freebase 5meo-DMT!
Freebase 5meo-DMT vapes at a much lower temp. If you use the same settings as NN-DMT it will burn.

I was also hoping to find general advice... Like what dosage would you recommend? What setting? Is it really not something to do alone? thanks!
 
Late reply, my apologies.

First of you will need to test if your 5meo is freebase or salt. I noticed some suppliers sell the salt form without information. Add some in water. If it doesn't dissolve it's freebase, if it does it's salt. The salt vapes at a higher temp, the freebase at a lower one.

Settings for freebase 5meo-DMT:

Use temp control and lower the temp all the way down to 100 C.
Don't use the default SS preset, use the manual mode set to 105 TCR.

I carefully pulsed the ethanol dry then vaped the 5meo at 100 C. 100 C was lower than expected. I first tried 150 C, too high, 130 C still too high: harsh white smoke, while at 100 C zero smoke (pure evap) and a much better /clearer effect.

Not sure if later tweaked the TCR a bit to give even lower power than the usual 105 for stainless steel. You will need to experiment by adding some powder on the mesh and hitting the fire button while blowing on it to see when it start to evap.

Note:

The e-mesh is very efficient. 7mg is all you need! Big difference between 5 and 7mg so use a precise and reliable scale.

Don't vape 5meo alone! Have a sitter watch over you and observe that you continue breathing comfortably.
