The stuff about it's effects on inflammation are just astonishing, but it gets me to wondering if being grounded would have any effect on the psychedelic experiences. Any of you guys ever compare being grounded or un-grounded during a journey?
Planning on watching this a little later. Thank you for sharing.
For me, when I feel grounded, the experience has many differences, some of which are a result of already being grounded, such as what intention I set. If I don't feel grounded then the intention will usually revolve around concepts such as healing, balance, alignment, groundedness, and centeredness. If I am already feeling grounded, then I may have one of these intentions still, but in addition to commune with the molecules, spaces, beings, and experiences, understanding and discovery, journey and exploration, etc.
When I am not grounded, I don't even try to navigate the experience; I surrender and succumb. When I am grounded there will still be some surrender to the experience, but during, I intuitively navigate it very comfortably.
What comes up is often predicated on this as well.
