Eating Changa

If someone had changa or enhanced leaf, could they inhibit mao first then swallow caps of changa for an oral DMT experience?
Can't see why it wouldn't work, but perhaps the chemical has a harder time being absorbed out of the container leaf.

Could one create a strong harmala;dmt;leaf blend and swallow the changa leaf by itself to achieve effects?
I appreciate any and all thoughts on the subject.:)

I can't see why that wouldn't work. Remember that changa normally contains way to little harmaloids to properly inhibit MAO. If you also dose caapi, rue or some extract, it should work as an Ayahuasca analog.

^^^yeah that makes sense thank you.

I will research the ayahuasca/pharmahuasca forums for relevant information since it would probably be similar or equal mechanism of action.
I'll post back if I give this a try in the near future.

If you are extracting it yourself, wouldn't it make more sense to eat something like fumarates, vs. going through all those extra steps and herbs? :? Occam's razor?

Swim licks his fingers a lot... Um slight alteration from that... Never swallowed an actual measured dose however.

It would make more sense to eat fumarates or freebase DMT, but maybe someone wants an oral DMT experience after already making changa. A plus to this method would be the fact changa doesn't look nearly as suspicious as white crystals.

My changa looks exactly like the kind of food you get with those little aquatic dwarf african clawed frogs.
I'd say it was frog food. lol

I know it's a faux pas to bring back old threads, but I just recently, out of curiosity, ate 50mg of 50/50 changa. No MAOI consumed except the few mg's in that bit of changa (though maybe they were in my system, since I had just smoked some changa also?). I then went to sleep. Maybe an hour later, I was startled into the waking state, and I saw the letters "DMT" printed all over my room (I have sometimes seen this before). I thought, well, let me try to go back to sleep. Not sure how long it was after that, but I became aware of being in some kind of hyperspace that had no visuals... it was a bit scary, only because I wasn't really planning on going to hyperspace (since my girlfriend was beside me, and didn't have a clue that I was tripping), and I decided to wake up, which seemed to end the trip.

So theoretically you could eat changa yes? I didn't think you could eat freebase spice and it would be effective I thought it had to be fuurmarate Dmt and changa usually is made with freebase. Can you eat freebase spice then??

That above post is the only report... And it wasn't vey detailed...'lending to dubiousness...

One time-when i was out of dmt amd had only changa- i took a solid dose of caapi tea with some chopped-to-a-powder changa in it. It worked fine

i tried it again..this time a higher dose, and got a stomach ache for about ten minutes-then all was well

I'm sticking to dmt and mimosa though from now on

^^^ This is my situation.

I have 10 X caapi leaf changa (which is simply incredible if you havent tried it. I was initially skeptical of reports of feeling the effect of the caapi, but it really is there. The afterglows are soo peaceful, and make listening to music astoundingly beautiful).

Anyways - these changa experiences have led me to want to try pharma. Should I take the amount of caapi in my changa mix into account when making my pharma? Or will the amount of caapi in the changa be negligible?

I'd still eat some harmalas if i were you. 10x caapi probably has a small amount of harmalas in it. How much DMT is in your changa?

Yes, I realise I would still need more MAOI, but want to know if there is enough caapi in the changa to reduce the amount I would need at all?

My changa is 50:50 DMT:10X Caapi leaf

I'd say you only need to eat 100 mgs of harmalas if you ate 200 mgs of the changa you made. Maybe 150 mgs of harmalas.
