The thing is whatever you do, some of the DMT will stick to the container. But, if you prepare more changa in one batch, the percentage will be lower.For instance:100mg DMT + 100mg leaf => 160mg changa + 40mg DMT on the container =>changa ratio 0,6/11g DMT + 1g leaf => 1,9g changa + 100mg DMT on the container => changa ratio 0,9/1Those are not real numbers but you get the picture.
