ever notice those moments of absolute bliss?

ever notice those moments of absolute bliss; where we are completely submerged into oneness with the present moment?

ever notice how anything we really desire is something that re-centers us into present? temporarily melting the ego; I.

Why do we love sex? Because it feels great. why? because it makes me FEEL GREAT. Why?

because when its happening all there is is that moment where your entire existence is everything within that moment, and your focus is all it.

What happens when we love watching sports, eating chocolate, smoking a cigarette, appreciating art? we focus into ourselves.

WE ARE COMPLETELY HERE BABY.

And we strive for those feelings and those moments all our lives through building up our ego, without even realizing: oh here i am... And 'I' AM HE.

Constantly trying to focus by using something else. A middle man. THAT will make me feel happy! If only i could be like that... if i could do THIS, then surely i would be satisfied! And we find it in many ways and the feeling lingers away leaving us to consume for more, living a life that is not fulfilled in the present, unsatisfied and suffering.

Silence your mind, have no thought. And observe with emptiness. Just Be. See the beauty and the love that is all. It is I. and YOU ARE HE.

yet the paradox is that THIS IS ALL THERE EVER IS. So... Where else could we possibly be but here?

Yet we don't quite always live HERE, yet we do... trapped within thought, the lense of ego:

we have built this reality with 'me' as a thing here and everything else as 'things' out there. Combined with a ever consuming ego trying to build itself off a foundation of nothing, we seperate ourselves from ourselves through a perception of reality created from within ourselves. The pun of the universe being, its us all along doing and not doing everything on every level.

Phewwwww.. Well ok now what? how does any of THISSS CHANGE. Well of course... there will be change, you are one of earths eyes and perceptions, and illusions. And HERE 'you' ARE. So start going with the flow. Be HERE Because there is only HERE, go with the flow with a clear mind, melt past the ego which never was, and you will see what your wanting to do.

Nice one brother, where did you get this? :d

I truly believe that one being in present moment with empty mind as often possible is the way to liberate oneself from all the bulshit boundaries and staff. This virtue should be taught in basic schools as the main subject. Human society would look different.

I gave up the philosophies and metaphysical concepts years ago, but I'd like to say that one can feel like reality is bending his way if one 'flow with current of life'. I think observer is mostly important. If observer is free of fears and sick desires, life is a bliss as you wrote.
Sometimes I think that there is no universe without the observer...but this is too much of metaphysics for now.

Anyway, you started a nice thread here, pure spirituality...

Regards.

Yes. Those moments are are THIS moment and change passes within it. That never changes; whenever I check, indeed, it is now and I am here. EDIT: ... and it is changing. :)

All the things we perceive in mind come and go. When we assume we are a thing we assume we come and go as well. Its unusual and beautiful to challenge either assumption.

And here is the simple truth of the fear of death. If I am a thing, I must die. For all things end. Yet when we look we are no-thing to be found. What good news! :)

You've always been here, its funny how the mind makes it seem like 'sometimes im here, sometimes im not' but really you always always are

i suppose... if you consider 'you' as just your biological body, then yes you are always in the present. However if 'you' is the awareness of your being, then you can drift out of reality all the time by getting lost in the uncontrolled mind.
