expeller presses and wheatgrass juicers

these are the old-school way of extracting oil and juices from seeds and grasses, respectively.
has anyone used these before?

i'm considering getting one or the other, particularly for flavoring beer

i have used a wheatgrass juicer..for well wheatgrass...works good..but requires lots of grass
