I know this is not a psychoactive drug but it seems to be one of the more popular smoking mixes formixing with cannabis or jwh´s

I use it myself for changa since it´s a puffy mixture that burns well and dmt seems to stick to it very well.

It contains Wild Lettuce, Marshmallow, Red Clover and Rose.

Does anyone know how (un)healthy it is to smoke this stuff compared to tobacco, cannabis or other herbs?

Hello, because of tars and other products released, that enter the lungs (on combustion of plant matter), it's never such a great idea. However, if it's just a small amount it's unlikely to be much of a problem.

- This is why some people prefer to smoke thc oil rather than weed for example. I tried this farmers mix, and thought it was ok, feels lighter on the lungs, but still affects one breathing...STILL, it's just an alternative to tobacco, but still not "safe"!

edit!- put it this way:

- to get nicely hammered on nicotine, a small quantity of GOOD tobacco will work nicely, and is all that will be required.

- However, farmers mix is very benign, like most cigarette tobacco, so you will smoke to no end the farmers mix and not get anything out of it except bad breathing. Smoking the cheap cigarettes means that you would be trying to get the powerful nicotine effects by smoking a LOT of cheap ones rather than a Few puffs of good tobacco(this is how the tobacco industry gets people hooked-(keeping the goal effect out of their reach)

- but since you're just using it for dmt use rather than actually smoking, it shouldn't be too much of a concern, although i'd choose either blue lotus flowers or damiana.
