Hello all,
I have been lurking around here for a while now and figured it was about time to get serious. A friend put me onto dmt some time ago and i have been reading and researching it for months. Various forums, Rick Strassman's book, Graham Hancock etc. Reading teks, trip reports and generally just trying to get my head around the "spirit molecule" before i try it. I have since been experimenting with Salvia because i figured that due to the shorter duration it would be a good way to cut my teeth. Boy was I wrong, its like being hit by a steam train! Though I do enjoy it and keep going back there, even though i am always slightly apprehensive since i had a (not necessarily bad)trip where i felt like i was being physically taken away to the other place and told that i didn't belong here anymore and it was time to come home.
Anyhow, I am ready to try this now and thanks to this forum have managed to get a friend to extract. So its just a case of finding time to be alone in the right setting to have a go.
