First Pharma Experience.

Well I suppose it was my third but the first two times were not what I expected so I upped the MHRB dosage and I got rocked. It was terrifying and weirder than I could have ever imagined but after I came down, I felt amazing, healed and present. Here's the breakdown.

I ate leftover pizza for breakfast around 9:00 am and fasted until 6:00 pm. I know it wasn't the best choice of food but I've been struggling with anxiety, depression and using alcohol to cope. I was seeking a healing experience to help guide me in a better direction. I didn't drink alcohol that day or do any other drugs. I'm not on any pharmaceuticals. I mixed 100mg of full spectrum extract from syrian rue with some orange juice and drank it. Then 30 minutes later I mixed 5g of MHRB with a big glass of orange juice and drank it.

I laid down on the couch, put on some music and closed my eyes. I could feel it coming on pretty quickly. My whole face felt cold and numb, it was a weird sensation I can't even describe well. My hands and forearms felt the same way. The visuals kicked in and all these characters appeared, human and non human were at some type of dance party. It felt like I was spinning in circles and the characters kept changing their appearance and morphing in and out of the environment I was in. They complimented the music I had playing and a few women asked to sleep with me. I declined instinctively but soon after wondered if I had made a mistake.

Then the body load became overwhelming. Strange thing was I was never nauseous or puked the whole experience. I just felt so weird and wrong. The visuals became very dull and I could barely make out what I was looking at. I could sense entities and they wanted to enter my body but I kept telling them no. I was so scared, felt dreadful and immediately regretted taking the pharma. Only thirty minutes had elapsed and I was panicking about what was to come. The rest of the experience was more of the same. Me feeling horrendous, scared and paranoid with dull visuals I could never quite make out. At one point I started hearing an entity speak in some language that was completely alien.

Around 8:30 pm I started to come down and felt incredible. I enjoyed the afterglow and just relaxed the remainder of the evening. It's only been a few days since the experience but I haven't suffered from anxiety or depression since. I haven't drank any alcohol nor had any cravings. It was such a bizarre experience. Honestly while I was in the thick of it I swore to myself I would never do it again. But now I'm curious about doing it again. I think if I run with this momentum and I'm in a good place in my life with better preparation, something really magical could unfold. I'm seeking feedback on how folks like to prepare for their journeys. Thanks!

That’s a nice report. A few women asked you to sleep with them and you declined? Of course you made a mistake 🙂.

Don’t resist anything that occurs in your trip. Just let the experience unfolds as it is. Not easy but certainly with the effort.

Good luck on your next journey.

That sounds like a challenging time, good to hear though that you’re having a positive attitude afterwards and that the the aftermath is an improvement of your situation.

Then reading about your alcohol problem and depression I can imagine that you’re so ready for a change. Especially since the alcohol is feeding the depression and than the depression feeds the alcohol addiction. You need to break this cycle I would say, and now that you have I hope that you can continue to not drink.

More on your question I would say that most people have a small ritual before embarking upon a journey, for me it’s rather short and is mostly setting intention, the why needs to be clear for me. There’s no limit on what’s a good reason or not and range from deep introspection to just having fun.
Other than that I like a clean and tidy house and a light meal a couple hours before and don’t drink to much coffee before to prevent the jitters.

Then on your dose and the bodily discomfort and weak visuals.
I would suggest to up the dosage on the harmalas to 150 to 200 mg this is a dose for me that allows for a smooth ride without the nausea of higher doses. Drink a bit of ginger tea to be sure. I suspect that the low dose of harmalas is the reason for the lackluster visuals. The mimosa tea is what I suspect is the reason for the body load. If you are so inclined to take mimosa tea make it a couple days in advance and let it settle in the fridge. Do not drink the muddy stuff on the bottom and decant before using.

Then take the harmalas about an half hour before the dmt or mimosa tea. If it’s not enough eat a bit of a cookie of bread to activate your digestive system.

Take care and try to stay away from the alcohol
