Hi all just had my first try of N-n spice have wanted to try for along time and have not been disappointed  šŸ˜
Tried first thing this morning with a home made devise with only mild effects felt more open eyed visuals than closed.
Waited for perhaps 5 hours refining my devise and thinking about technique. Well I simply cant put into words ....... so much info but hard to recall I can see where inca/myan architecture comes from, I remember more after the initial hyperspace of data / colour / feelings like I was in the apex of a large building faces spinning off into ...... who knows (im still pretty buzzing now).
Will it get easier to remember details ?

Also what are peoples views on music whilst spicing ?

Welcome to the Nexus.
Have a good look round and read till you go boss eyed.
There are many differing opinions re. Music...whatever works is ultimately subjective.
Lower dosing may help your memory recall...

Don't forget the search function is very friendly.

At first I was opposed to using music. But now I feel it is a must. Pick something that pulls on your heart strings, is mellow, yet emotionally strong. IMO

The details thing is largely dependent on you. Everyone is different and we really dont know what the mechanism is. Good luck! :)

Agree with everything cyb said above. I would also recommend having David Attenbourgh talking in the background. This happened to me purely by chance and it was one of the most tranquil, peaceful amazingly natural journeys i have ever had.

Sounds can really direct your journey in some very strange ways. Experimentation is the key and welcome to the Nexus.

Great Post.

In the 3 - 4 months of my new venture into this business I never listened to music and maybe closed my eyes for no more than 10 seconds. (I am busy researching "eyes open"...and loving it..."eyes closed" will come later). I like the idea of David Attenborough in the background as Kerberos posted.

My children screaming while playing outside with other kids, my wife sneezing thrice and another neighbours dog barking at my door for scraps. Yeah! I'll take David Attenborough over that for tranquillity on spice any day. :?
