This exact thing happened my very first extract. I freeze precipitated and after decanting the naphtha tried to scrape up my crystals that were quickly going goo! I later learned that naphtha warms up FAST and will redissolve those crystals very easily if left sit to do so.
The mistake was you scraped your dish without letting it air-dry completely first.
You should redissolve your crystals in warm naphtha, re-freeze(try 2 days minimum), and retry the decanting process imo. I had better success when I decanted the naphtha in under 30 seconds and popped the dish back into the freezer upside down to drip dry for a bit. Like you said, they're stuck pretty well to the glass, so they should be ok drying upside down for a bit. After a half hour or so most of the naphtha is residual and I just stick it on it's side in front of a fan for another day or two.
But if you're impatient, you can dry the goo out under a fan more and then wipe it up with a nugget of weed or w/e. This worked well with my goo and got me my first breakthrough. Just make sure it doesn't smell of naphtha!
Also in retrospect I think the supplies I used at the time made weak crystals. I was using Mr. Kush's a/b with citric acid and lye. I quickly developed out of that and into a safer Q21Q21 variation that gives beautiful, stable crystal.
