first time for the morning

SWIM woke up early and had plenty of time after her yoga and meditation. She decided to try out a morning journey.

She vaporized 30mg in her machine. SWIM reported no OEV and an extremely heavy body load. After a few seconds, CEVs developed, though different from her usual sub-breakthrough doses. SWIM had the sense of dirty water running through underground pipes, that seemed very connected to the body load.

SWIM had taken a fairly long break from the yoga, and has experienced lots of changes in her body since taking it back up. She thinks that this might have acted as a detox, since the body load felt similar to mimosahuasca experiences. Has anyone else experienced something like this from freebase?

My swim is still learning and found that he doesn't want to use spice that has not been re-crystalized at least once to get rid of much of the impurities. He also made the mistake of not letting the naptha dry off totally and smoked some nasty tasting stuff....live and learn.

So what I'm saying is if your swim does not have fairly pure spice then she may get a chem feeling or body load feeling from it. In my experience, more pure spice should be all enlightenment with very little adverse physical response.

Thanks! SWIM cleaned her spice with a SC wash, but maybe that wasn't enough. Be well.

Depending on your physical and mental health
and the areas of your mind and body that need healing
it can be common to experience sickness or intense body load from even the purest spice.

I have learned to navigate my existence by listening//feeling//watching the hyperspatial reflections. If a part of me feels ill, I immediately know why by consulting the symbiot.

Funny you mention it..:d but yes last nights journey with sublingual thh and changa left Swim with a heavy body load and a sickness that had to be purged. The sensation of the sickness was strange because as I tried to locate it within my body it would disappear and move, this happened for awhile until acceptance came and the lesson was learned.

Thank you House and Mendblade! SWIM experienced several healing journeys with oral Rue and Mimosa extract, that had similar body load. Had never heard of it from spice before though.

Ragabr, when i pick up the yoga after not for a while and living the not so "pure" lifestyle, i find that my body has accumulated a ton of "nasties", and after i get done with a good yoga sesh for the first time in a bit i feel great but im expelling all sorts of junk from my pits and what not, and i feel like a lot of the toxins are still circulating and getting broken down and removed from the body. jumping back in to the yoga makes the (lazy) body start cleaning shop so to speak.

personally i haven't spiced "right after doing yoga for the first time in a while", but i could totally see how in your hightend state you could be made aware of and sort of held back because of said detox state.

i say stick with the daily yoga for a week or two and then once you get "stuff be flowin' freely", i'll bet you have even BETTER experiences than you've ever had before....

and its not like a little daily yoga would be in anyway un-beneficial to your general well being....😉

Kazoo.. thanks for your thoughts! I have this really funny relationship with things good for me, like yoga and meditation. I can get in a groove for a few months doing them daily and really reaping benefits. Then life happens, and the habit breaks. All the benefits slowly fade away, and I can't remember what they were. Then I start getting into the groove again, and it's a shock how much better life becomes! I like to think that the breaks get shorter each time, but who knows?

haha ragabr, story of my life....

though i find life is a little easier when i can touch my toes....😉
