first time growing crystals...

did a STB tek. ended up with very light yellow powder. took 100mL bestine and 4g powder and cleaned it up. threw it in 13'x13' pyrex. let's see how this goes. this pic is after only 10 minutes in pyrex. think it's a cool little pic, too. you can see my reflection in the crystal water...

When the warm Bestine is well saturated the crystals begin to form quickly. What I can see from the picture, everything looks like its going good. You have quite a bit there.

sorry for the blank posts. not sure what happened??? anywho...just finished 3rd recrystallization. wow. got some beautiful little crystals now! shimmering!!!
