i forgot my password for the new nexus. I'm not sure why i can write this and view my account but i can't sign into the chat? I've been looking for over an hour how to fix this but i'm not finding anything?? Please help. THanks.

I've flagged up your issue and it will get sorted when there's a spare moment for admin. The login you've used to access the forum should also work for the chat (afaik) - do you have any way of viewing it, preferably with your password manager?

And are you definitely using the correct link for the chat?

all good points. i'm linking to the chat at the top of this page so... why does it ask a password?? I can see all my other account info... lol. I will check password manager next. And of course, as soon as someone has time to change my password for me. I know y'all have more important things. I have nothing pressing.

Oh yes, LOADS of psyil cyans this year!!! the azurecens died after 7 years. But i got more stem butts going just now!

Yes I am interested in knowing if there is a "reset password" option within the forum software, almost always there is but this is new software from before.

i don't need my password changed personally but it would help all members to have a simple access and guide for to know how to do it!!

This has been resolved. There is a self service password reset on the login page if you have access to the email you signed up with. If not, contact me or Trav.
