I'm junt not sure if there is something to integrate. I learned a lot bout mushrooms themselves, and probably won't freak out next time just because fear of the unknown factor will be reduced by a lot.

Also setting was bad. Night, room, computer, artificial lighting, walls - it was bad, they were almost freaking me out. I wanted nature, sun, forest (which is impossible now) or at least park. Next time I'll try less and outdoors and won't mix with anything, maybe just some weed. I also might try it on empty seashore when weather gets warmer. Seeing symmetry and fractals would be more pleasant while looking on tress, grass or sea, than in cracks on ceiling or wallpaper patterns. There is also a huge difference between artificial light and sunlight no matter how bright artificial light can be.    


I'll try an extract! But I'm lazy and not doing it so often to make an extraction. I actually found few local online shops where I can get essential oil of nutmeg and parsley. I think it's even better option.


Also physically this mix wasn't very pleasant, because during the peak I felt so cold it was impossible to go out of blanket. I barely felt my body even when I was moving, but out of blanket I just felt discomfort and only later realised it was cold. I was also shaking and sometimes even though I didn't feel my body, my heart was beating really fast.
