Ive read nutmeg is not safe to take in high doses...

Can you extract the visual trippy  part of nutmeg only?..   and if so... shouldent the extraction leave behind the unsafe part of nutmeg behind?

If you can seperate the bad from the good in nutmeg it will be interesting to hear your  nutmeg tincture only trip report!...but be carefull..
