SWIM's friend, cactal IQ well over 150, volunterred this ubersimple tek for fans of the organic, full spectrum approach. It works so well, and is so easy and energy-efficient, that SWIM himself has put his crockpot away, and does not even walk out to the lemon tree anymore:
1. take 12" of fav cac(s), preferabaly a "good" one, despine, slice into stars, and deskin.
2. cut out and dispose of core, and then cut into smallish chunks...maybe 1/2" cubes.
3. freeze chunks for 1-2 days in ziploc bags.
4. remove from freezer, put chunks in a non-aluminum salad colander, and allow meltwater to drip into a non-aluminum pot (this can be sped up by placing outside in the sun, but kitchen counter works just fine).
5. after a day or so, put pulp in the proverbial "old T-shirt" and wring the heck out of it into the pot with meltwater (memo: reserve pulp and re-freeze for future, different tek process).
6. Pour a portion into a glass for contemplation, maybe a nice wineglass, and freeze remainder. Depending on spiritual quality of that favcac, one might have between 1 and 6 good portions. Start on the conservative side.
7. Can be used as a topical hair loss/strengthening tonic, or as a topical antiseptic.
SWIM's friend insists that the core definitely adds something positive to the result, but SWIM has not been able to verify this.
