Very new to all this and I've had some good & mediocre results the last week I have been using crap equipment mainly a hashpipe but its been a good learning experience without wasting too much gear or getting into trouble...

I need some better equipment for the next round I've ordered The Fumo Pipe hoping its good for some long changa sessions or even sandwich method.

Do you think it work well? Has anyone tried it?

I also made The Machine today think it turned out ok but I cant test it as im all out of spice now... :( for a couple of days anyway... :)

I've learned a lot over the last week or so thanks to this site and the cool community.

Will this "Fumo Pipe" work? Probably, with the right technique. Is it the most effective tool for $80 USD? In my opinion, no. I don't see how it could be any more efficient than a normal glass pipe, when it comes to changa.

I'd be willing to bet that The Machine is more efficient for vaporizing spice than this thing, assuming you get the technique down. I would also bet that I am not the only one here who would have recommended saving your $80 and buying a GVG instead.

Right on. Personally, I recommend sticking with the GVG for either freebase crystals or changa. My results with the GVG, using a ceramic flavor disc for freebase crystals, has greatly exceeded my results with any other device (and I have tried quite a few). But this is only my opinion based on my experiences. If you find something that allows you to get better results from a comparable dose, then by all means go with that if you so choose.

The "Fumo Pipe" does look like it might be a neat idea for smokable herbs though. :)

I used a diamond core drill bit on a cordless drill on low was easier than expected and was even air tight... like this video

The Fumo Pipe is a compact palm size steamer with a push-button carb system that's excellent for changa/enhanced leaf. Here's what I like about it:

* Direct/immediate effect that reminds me of the GVG/crystal experience. i.e., the effects come on quicker and stronger than a regular glass pipe or a bong, most likely due to the push carb which rockets smoke down into the lungs.

* Less condensation (short route from bowl to lungs).

* Indestructible construction (stainless steel, aluminum, and polycarbonate) means no worry about breaking the device by dropping it as you enter hyperspace.

* Perfect bowl size (smallish for cannabis, but perfect for 1:1 changa/enhanced leaf).

* Small enough to be your go-to portable device.

* Multiple tube sizes. The 3" tube pictured below is what comes with the pipe, but 6", 9", 12", and 18" tubes are also available. I prefer the 6" or 9" tube (easier to hold, additional smoke cooling, and wicked aesthetics).

* Easy to clean, as there's not much surface area to deal with.
