..i notice in [Lactic acid bacteria profiles and tyramine and tryptamine contents of Turkish tulum cheeses] that tyrosine, tryptophan, tyramine & tryptamine are found in cheese making cultures of Lactic Acid Bacteria..as milk naturally contains tryptophan, presumably the bacteria are turning it (&/or tyramine?) into tryptamine..
just patch in another gene or two for DMT..
