well, i guess i have to let you guys know something about myself...here goes...i'm half mexican, half american, born in mexico but grew up in the states...when i was 14 a ran away to travel with the greatful dead and there i stayed for many years and am super greatful for the experience.
it was with the family that i had my first pdychedelic expereinces and i truely beñleive that it saved my life because i was wandering down dark corridors. after several years on tour i finanlly got caught doing what i love...spreading and experiencing the light
i served three and a half years in prison and was exiled to mexico without even an idea as to what to do...i have been down here for almost 7 years and have become an english teacher out of pure nesecisity
here i never do anything cool beacuse theres nothing to do...i find it very difficult sometimes as that they all think that i'm amereican and try to take asvantage of me--i wont get into the horror stories
but i guess i lied when i said i dont do anyhting cool...i propagate peyote on my land...here as long as you dont cut it it's not illegal...i dont do it for profit but for the future generation ans the continues existance of this sacred plant...not to mention the mexican mafia kill any and all competition
i want to start an ethnobotanical company down here as there isnt anything of the type but it has been really hard...mexican customs always confisdate the plants before i receive them demanding huge bribes...even though they arent illegal
i just miss my home and am here looking to talk to some cool cats and relive the nostalgia
i'd be glad to have any of you guys down here as my guests,,,we could roam the desert and talk about this oh so interesting universe

hey dude,nice to meet you.I used to live in baja when i was younger,what part of mexico are you in?
I really hope things go better for you and it's cool your doing what you can in a bad situation.

btw, as for full membership, you can be sure you will get it soon enough, I can see you are a genuine person. But do keep posting in the nursery a bit more in any case, and be patient, soon it will come... :)

I live in Mexico as well, and like you, I prepare myself and eat Peyote and recollect mushrooms from time to time.
I agree with you that you need to be very careful if you intend to "propagate" (whatever that means) entheogens in this country.

Specially nowadays.
