Getting my head around vaping DMT and creating liquid

Hi all,

I am super new to vaping, let alone vaping DMT, and really unsure if what I'm about to do makes sense. My goal is to use DMT carts (they grow on the DMT cart tree right in front of my local internet cafe ) and also to produce my own juice for easy DMT consumption.


Here is my plan:
- Buy a vape, e.g. Nevoks Feelin A1 . Wattage selectable from 5W-30W.
- Select the right pod... check the link and scroll down. There is 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 or 1.2Ohm (i don't know which one to get tbh)

Using this, I can harvest a cart from the DMT cart tree, empty some of it into the pod, and smoke it.... right?



Now, for creating my own juice:
- I already have NN-DMT powder, a stranger extracted it and gave it to me
- I mix PG and DMT and citric acid (2:1:0.35) and mix it well (using some light heat if necessary)
- When I want to smoke some DMT I put some in my pod and I'm good to go, no?


Questions I have:
- Will this work? I see all those fancy vape setups, and I am SO confused, let me tell you... I know zero about vapes.
- My plan is to use this on an upcoming festival where I want to take hits on the dancefloor. In-between hits, I dance like a manic (even without DMT). Do you reckon there will be leaks?
- Regarding shelf life: should i only mix right before i smoke it, or can i mix right away? Does it make a difference?
- Am I really as stupid as I feel right now?


Note: I have smoked DMT before (50% changa in a bong).

Yes dissolving the dmt into your suggested ratio with citric acid and pg is a good idea. You'll want to use a sub ohm (<1 Ohm) tank for best usage of this juice. A vape pen with this mixture isn't very strong.

Leaks will depend on the quality of your tank, I've never used that vape or the tanks you're wanting to use so I will refrain from talking about leakage.

IMO your dmt juice ration looks good. I also like 2:1 (dmt:juice) mixes. Some even do 1:1 iirc.

Regarding the vape, I would only use something having a glass and metal tank.
The dmt eats through the plastic tanks and they start leaking.
Thats what happened with my old geeksvape aegis boost pro 2.
I switched to the Geekvape max100 kit.
You do not really need an expensive setup there are some good alternatives as well.
Just no plastic tank and with Wattage control for low Ohm should be fine.

Regarding the coils. I like to use 0.3 Ohm and using 37,5 Watt.
The lower the Ohm the higher the Watt has to be.
I think that the max 30 Watt could be a bit at the edge.
Usually 0.3 Ohm coils are vaped with 70-80 Watt.
When using dmt juice you divide the suggested Watt by 2.
So 70/2=35 and 80/2=40.
That means somewhat between 35-40 Watt should be good with 0.3 Ohm coils.

Regarding shelf life.
If you mix the dmt with citric acid as you described it should not be a problem to store the juice over weeks I think.
But without citric acid I observed that the juice gets brown after a few weeks.

Some tipps for mixing the juice:
Grind the citric acid xtals to powder if you have crystals.
I would put the PG in a glass container then in a hot water bath.
First dissolve the citric acid as it dissolves harder then the dmt.
Then add the dmt to the juice.
