I am planning on using a plastic ziplock bag as a getto sep fun . Then on the final pulls I was thinking of freeze par in a zip lock bag as well. How hard would it be to get the goods off the plastic bag or is this not a good idea ?
SWIM uses plastic bags for every small-scale seperation. But be aware that the smaller/cheaper bags can be eaten by naptha/xylene/d-limonene.
Don't expect to get 100% of the solvent on top, though 90-95% is very possible. Just add the naptha on top of the stuff you missed for additional pulls and don't sweat getting all of it.
Great thanks , hey quick one . What would cause the layer sep to be slow and what is an average time frame for that to happen in after the final stir ?
