Good Evening Gentle, open-minded, and sometimes brilliant people. Thank you for providing such valuable resources. Information and the sharing of information openly is always an amazing thing.

I am an experienced traveler; though not of the ethnobotanical variety and not for many a years. I come here, after months of well intentioned research, hat in hand, in awe of the amazing amount of information and genuine helpfulness I have observed here. Thank you.

I hope to better be able to learn by sharing information and more specifically experiences. I welcome constructive criticism as well as humbly offer my services in the ways of knowledge, whether it be qualitative or quantitative, ethnobotanically related or not.

I do hope all is well with most at this hour.

Thanks Cyb 😁 .

This traveler has been up performing some work responsibilities as well as testing some fun. It does appear that my first attempt at a real A/B - across two different plants are both seeming successful. Reading until one can basically recite a tek in one's sleep is awesome when it appears to be showing dividends.

For the laugh factor though, I believe I made every rookie mistake in the book in terms of trying to make beverages...

1. Burned all liquid off after turning back for 10 minutes and created foul tar.

2. Full bottle of lemon extract... and to make matters worse, unproven and totally ineffective 25X peganum harmala. :surprised

3. A lack of patience and vigilance in regards to reducing, boiling, etc...

However, utilizing some 2 week old ACRB vin + H2O and q21q21's T2, my luck appears to be crystallizing already... but we'll really see tomorrow evening. Also, 300g or so of holy cielo vine (mix of shred/powder) prepared lovingly with Vin + H20 over 5 boils and reducded to 1.8L and treated with some sodium hydroxide appears, visually, to be on it's way to a 1.5-2.5% gift. We'll have to wait and see until tomorrow evening or maybe the next though.

Quite frankly, the amount of fun I've had learning is amazing. 😁
