Good to finally find people who make sense

Migrated topic.

I'm happy to finally find a place that I can feel at home on the internet. Away from all the aggression and ill-will that seems to prevail all other social collectives. I'm here because I am searching for the answer to a question that I haven't thought of, if that makes any sense. Here's a few things about me.

I'm from Illinois, in the Chicagoland area. It wasn't long ago that I was a materialistic, selfish, ignorant human being. But since I got a glimpse of the "big picture", with the help of good old George Harrison, I have been trying to rethink the way I see life.

When it comes to my hobbies, I love music man. I mean, I could just listen to music all day long. My favorite band is the Grateful Dead. I have been a deadhead pretty much since I saw Furthur back in November, and I could not be happier. The amount of love and good-vibes I get from the Dead is unparalleled to any other music, well maybe besides Georgie. Other hobbies include, chilling with like-minded individuals, and expanding my horizons of... well everything I guess.

Well that's really all there is to tell man. Peace and love everyone.

Indeed... people don't know what they don't know. IMO, it's why their ego's tend to escalate. 😉 Worse yet, our language, logic, and human senses are too limited, preventing us from every being able to express certain concepts or understand certain areas of insight, making the attainment of all knowledge impossible or "incomplete" as Godel might have said. Anyways... warm welcomes, and the best of luck in finding your way.

This forum is exactly what I have been looking for so far, it's a nice place to have mature conversation with people who share common interests about psychedelics and DMT. Yay for DMT Nexus :d

Yes, most places on the internet really are like that. It's horribly backwards and depressing. The attitude page for this forum was really refreshing.

And I have a good friend from that area in Illinois. I might be moving there soon but I'm not sure. I'd like to hang out with like minded people if I do move there. :)
