Oh that's awesome! Much different than the graffiti that I'm used to seeing.

The little white and yellow guys in the 2nd pics are the two expressions you get when you do DMT.

Am I wrong or does the name of that town translate to Bathrooms of the holy water?

Could be bathrooms, or springs "Baños de..." as a place name usually applies to places that have been or still are associated to thermal/natural springs.
