Hello everyone as you can tell I'm very new here. I stumbled onto this site because of my curiosity of certain alkaloid. Ever since Iheard about dmt I have been driven to find it as much as I can about it. I am hoping that becoming a member I can find the answers to what I have been looking for my while life.

Hey Tony!

You'll find that DMT is mysterious in itself and will provide little in the way of tangible answers and more in the way of insight. It's not a magical one way street to knowledge but more a ticket to the cosmos where you'll have to make your own conclusions.
It is definitely a "teacher" but in it's own sort of way.
Could you maybe tell use a bit more about your past experience with psychedelics.

Welcome to the Nexus!

Well my first psychedelic experience was with magic mushrooms, what started out as something recreational turned into my burning curiosity. It made me start to wonder about existence, what's out there, how high my consciousness could go, etc. I experimented with acid a lil but never experienced a trip from it for some reason. I have also experimented with xtc which made me feel an overwhelming feeling of love which was quite enjoyable. After all that I took a break from psychedelics for a few years due to a few different factors. About 2 years ago I heard about dmt from a friend, he made it sound amazing and sounded like what I have been looking for. So I researched the subject like crazy for about a year and a half. Then swim decided to do a small extraction with mhrb with no success, now swim has some acacia confusa and is ready to give it another go.

..hi Tony..guess we already 'met' in your first post..good idea to write an intro..welcome..:)
many here have had 'the calling' for the molecule, and begun the quest..
acacia expert Growpen first heard about DMT through this website..now he successfully extracts, researches and educates..
you seem like a thorough and dedicated researcher..hope extraction goes well..
.

Thanks nen! I have learned so much so far but the most important this this has all taught me is that patience is a virtue.
