Greetings fellow wanderers!

Migrated topic.

Severance

Rising Star
Hi everybody! Severance here, I will be joining you all for an undetermined period of time to share, teach and learn.

Let me begin by saying that it is a great pleasure for me to become a part of such a lovely community, and that if anybody ever has any questions about anything at all feel free to send me a PM and I shall do my best to answer you thoroughly and honestly to the depth of my knowledge ;)

I suppose sharing a bit about myself would be a great place to start, so here we go;

I am currently 20 years of age verging on 21, and have spent the duration of this physical incarnation in Melbourne, Australia where I currently reside.

Over the last 2-3 years after some quite unpleasant lessons manifested themselves into my life I have begun the inner search. I constantly strive to shed the various layers of conditioning instilled in me by my community, family and society as a whole. I am a firm believer that we should never try to "improve" or "change" ourselves, rather simply "be" ourselves, and in my experience a large part of that comes down to shedding the various layers of conditioning that we have acquired during our lives.

I am blessed in the sense that I have re-discovered my purpose for taking up a physical incarnation on Earth at this current time and one of my major goals for this incarnation is assisting others in finding their purpose.

I am here simply to teach. As far as what I am able to share and how I am able to share it, that depends entirely upon you, the reader. Every soul has experienced an entirely unique existence in this universe and depending on your own personal lessons and what you require for the next stages of your growth will largely determine what information the universe will be willing to share with you, for I am nothing but a humble channel.

With that being said, a large part of teaching is learning, and I can feel there is much of that to be done here ;)

Anyway, I would like to take some time to share with you some of my beliefs in hopes that you may gain a slightly deeper understanding of how my inner world works;

Every single form of physical life no matter how large or how small has it's own "spiritual" essence, some form of energy or spirit if you will, the equivalent to the human "soul". This essence can never be destroyed. The container of this essence is of little importance, and during a souls existence many planets, dimensions, and bodies will be visited and inhabited.

Psychedelics can be wonderful teachers if taken with pure intentions and used respectfully, or they can destroy your mind and torture your body if you disrespect them. I strongly suggest to anybody who partakes in psychedelics that you attempt to contact the spirit of the plant you are ingesting. They are beautiful teachers and are willing to share all kinds of universal secrets, although they usually set out a few rules before they are willing to work with you.

We are never alone. Every human on this planet has some form of being whom watches over them, I simply refer to them as "spirit guides". The physical body is entirely energy based, and you can learn to view the "aura" and the energy centers or "chakras" with the naked eye.

Healing can not take place until the soul is completely ready to heal itself on all levels. You may heal it at a purely physical level but it is bound to manifest itself again. For real healing to occur you must cleanse yourself at the Emotional/Mental/Energetic levels as well.

All of my beliefs have been shaped by my own personal experiences and I try not to share anything which is purely knowledge and not wisdom, and if I do share things at a purely knowledge level I will inform you of that fact.

I used to abuse cannabis on a daily basis smoking anywhere from 1-3 grams a day. I received a nice wake up call and have been properly respecting and utilizing this beautiful sacrament over the last two weeks, and have also completely cut out the tobacco from my weed. It is a very popular thing where I'm from to create "mixes" which is roughly 1 cigarette of tobacco to 1 gram of cannabis, and I can finally say I've freed myself from that disgusting practice.

I have taken LSD perhaps 10 times in my life but have decided that I am finished with it, as I never got the spiritual experiences I so craved that mushrooms and DMT deliver to me. I have taken mushrooms around 6-7 times, and smoked DMT in the form of changa (DMT infused herbs) around 10-15 times.

I think I have gone on more than enough, and definitely more than I had originally planned, so with all of that out of the way I will bring this post to a close.

Welcome to the nexus Severance,

nice intro. Hope to hear more from you in the future.

I've heard many people suggest that lsd is not as spiritual as mushrooms or dmt, however I find it is an excellent tool in psychological investigations of the self and can be very spiritual if the trip is properly prepared.

In any case I'm interested in how you see yourself in the position of teacher. Do you see yourself as a translator from the universe to a more humanly understandable language?

Hi Severence,

Welcome to the Nexus! That was quite an introductory essay.

Many things I disagreed personally with but I certainly respect your opinions and that you took the time to express them in a very readable form. I cannot help but wonder what you may have to teach me as a nearly 45 year old woman, but I am wide open to suggestions - I've learned a lot from folks half my age here. :D

Please take a good look around - there's a HUGE amount to see here. . .

By the way, ever extracted your own DMT? If not or even if so, check those links (such as wiki for extraction teks) in the upper right hand corner of your forum pages . . .

Again, thanks for taking the time to write out that thorough and well-thought out essay and a warm welcome to the Nexus.

Hi Enoon, nice to meet you :) thanks for the welcome.

When I think back, the majority of my LSD trips were definitely when I was much less aware of the importance of set & setting and I probably ruined any spiritual aspects which may have occurred through wrong set & setting.

I'm still open to the idea of trying it again and preparing properly for the inner journey but only if the universe presents the opportunity to me.

I think the term "teacher" probably confuses a lot of people. Everybody on this planet is a teacher in some way, shape or form. Simply the act of you living your day to day life can teach other people whom are observant a whole world of things.

The way in which I view myself as a teacher is simply thus; I seem to be able to absorb knowledge of all forms fairly easily and quickly, and I have a tendency to retain the majority of it. I would also say I have decent communication skills, have the ability to get along with all kinds of different people easily, and have a deep desire to simply help others in any way, shape or form that I can.

Add this blend into a few psychedelic fueled inner journeys where I've been shown my role in the grand scheme of the universe (don't get me wrong, I'm no guru or shaman or spiritual leader or some supreme teacher, I'm an insignificant spec of dust in the end) and again added into my personal experiences of people randomly drifting to me in life, people of all colors and religions and ages and asking me all sorts of questions, I have come to the realization that I am here simply to teach. This doesn't make me some supreme intelligence or above anybody else, I believe everybody is a born genius and we're just taught how not to be through our various layers and multiple years of conditioning.

My main fuel for wanting to teach people is a combination of the suffering I have had to endure in this incarnation and more importantly the suffering that I have had to watch others endure. I used to be in the worst place mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually to the point I would have loved to kill myself if I had the balls to do so.

After my own personal "awakening" (de-conditioning from society to some extent) I realized that the source of all suffering in people is misunderstanding, ignorance, a simple lack of information. I believe that I can share some of this information that people are lacking and help to expand their viewpoints on whatever personal issues they're going through as I have had to do the same for myself and various friends etc.

I can also teach people about "metaphysical" things in the sense that I can share my personal experiences and my personal beliefs and nothing more. Take from that what they will it doesn't bother me in the slightest. In that sense I suppose you could sort of say I can translate "higher" knowledge into "lower" forms of human expression, but that's not particularly my personal viewpoint.

Nice to meet you Pandora! I greatly respect the fact that you are capable of independent thinking and that you're not ashamed to let me know that your personal views are not in alignment with my own, and yet you are even more respecting in the sense that you didn't pass judgement, something I greatly appreciate seeing in a community.

Who knows, perhaps in time even you may have something to learn from me, I can tell that I have things to learn from you :)

I have been a long term browser of the nexus, only recently have I decided that perhaps I may have something to share with the community and so here I am :) There definitely is a wealth of information here.

I am yet to extract my own DMT, funny you should ask as I am currently in the process of trying to learn about which Acacia's I may be able to find in my area and how to properly identify them, and I thoroughly believe if I am meant to find it then it will come to me, whether it be through the form of a recently destroyed tree from a storm or a car crash or some beautiful branches that have fallen off due to animal or human activity etc

I am currently in the process of reading through some of the extraction teks on the wiki to get a general idea of how the overall process works, having a very limited understanding of chemistry. It is quite intriguing to me, and I cannot wait until I have the opportunity arise to extract and create my own DMT.

Alright I've rambled on long enough I think, lovely to meet both of you and I hope to see you around :)

Congratulations on your rapid promotion - that is fairly rare here at Nexus. :D

I am glad to have received such a warm welcome from the Nexus :)

Hopefully I'll be able to offer something to the community in return for everything I have learnt and will continue to learn from them.
