thank you for the birthday wishes.  i crossed the barrier into 40 with great ease, and now i'm looking forward to what this decade has in store for me.

right now my primary method is to smoke it via oil pipe.  I plan on doing some research into how to take it orally b/c i think that that would yield a much more powerful experience.  however the first 4 experiences i've had smoking it have been amazing.  when combined with harmalas approximately how long do the effects last?
