Hey Daniel, welcome to the Nexus! I like your attitude about your job... Many people resent the day to day grind, and I think it takes a slightly higher level of awareness to be able to appreciate the fulfillment that can come from service to others. In this self-serving culture, that's a beautiful thing.

I am a middle aged dude who did most of my psychedelic exploration back when I was your age. In the past few years I've come back to exploring these realms via DMT (as a responsible parent, I can only afford to be inebriated for a few minutes!). But all of my experiences, going back decades, have made it possible for me to take such rich appreciation from the world around me, in the same sense that you appreciate your job and your GF ( my wife of 20 years is my rock and is a true gift in every sense, so I totally relate).
