I've been busy as of late and never got to log in, then forgot my password  but am back now :lol: . Still haven't taken Aya, but on December 21st made 10 grams of lemon tek mushroom tea. The peak and plateau were indescribable. I will wait until spring for Aya. I do not fare well in the cold.

That is unfortunate about the extraction teks being gone, but understandable with the recent events.
